Just watch thing you enjoy . Start a 1.5 and increase by .25 when your comfortable. You must have times where you go to speeds you can't comprehend to train your brain. Personally I can't tell the difference between normal and 2 times . And I hate female voices . I think the human limit is 5 times. My comfort level is 3 times . I can not constantly stay a 5 times because it give me a headache.
