It would never travel faster than light. It would never be able to solve NP problems in poly time (an artificial super intelligence with the computing power of an entire galaxy, or even severeal thousand galaxies, still would not even come close to solving any NP problem with a few dozen inputs before the universe died). It would never be able to learn anything new without first experimentation and verification. etc.
Whether or not you believe in god, an artificial intelligence does not meet the definition of god, therefore it would not be god.
