Time for tree will stop when you go away and after some time you will enter the chunk with tree again, simulation of physics already has been recalculated and it seems like it happen before but it didn't it was just simulated this way. While there is an observer recalculations of forces are alive but if you are not there or anybody else time is frozen, space isn't calculated its not even there simply it's in state of data. That's how memory is saved in real life.
I know you will probably say bullshit theory but this give us some new look at time. Time might be an activator a field that we are only exist in and everything is stream of data while it looks real in front of your eyes it might be complete illusion of what we look at as reality. Imagine how fucked up this will be if it's at least close to truth.
