1% concentration is all you need. Drink a shot of it. Put some in a spray bottle and spray it all around your domicile and on your skin. Don't worry, the smell doesn't linger. You can also put some in a pan on the range top and inhale the vapors.

Update:Fever's down. I'm sweating like a pig. The day before too, I had the fever only at night, ant particular reason for that? Also it won't get to a life threatening stage in 3 days right?

This is how death usually plays out, one day it's mild, the symptoms are barely there, the next day it's gone, like the wind. Couple days later it's worse, but still you'll get over it in time, and in that time your body's defense will weaken. Next you know your lungs have failed, you scream out, but you won't make a sound, that's just how it will go I'm afraid.

Just because the wuhan virus is the most talked about thing right now doesn't mean that other diseases have stopped existing. If you don't develop severe respiratory symptoms and cough, it's probably something else

Update: No GP would diagnose me over the phone, They want to get the test done first and then visit them. If fever is too high, they want me take Paracetamol/Acetaminophen.

Ok.
1) Nutrition: highly-nutritious, unprocessed foods without rich sauces, etc. and minimal carbs. I won't lay out a full diet plan for you, but it is easy to look up what you should be eating, and much of it is common sense. Drink a lot of water (1-2 litres a day). Also hot water and lemon. Supplement with vitamin C and D. Consider pro-biotic shots throughout and after the illness.
2) Warmth: Stay as warm as much as possible. Your body is raising its temperature in response to the infection: help it. Wrap up nicely (scarf and gloves, multiple socks, multiple jumpers/jerseys, lots of duvets/blankets, etc.). Keep your body warm. If you're even slightly cold/room temperature, you're not doing it right. You want to feel extremely cosy and clammy from the heat. As the saying goes: sweat it out. And remember to keep hydrated.
3) Rest: exert yourself as little as possible. Rest as much as possible. Simple.
These 3 points are essential. On top of this, you can monitor your symptoms: if your temp. approaches 40 degrees C, or your start having breathing difficulties... you may need to admit yourself to a hospital. To help alleviate your throat pain, try gargling some salt water (Google the details). You could use lozenges, but bear in mind these can affect your digestion and should be spaced around your meals and consumed appropriately. All medicine is swings and roundabouts. I would similarly discourage you from using ibuprofen/paracetamol if the discomfort is tolerable...but you should note, I am not a doctor and symptomatic pain relief may be in your interest. Also, call your local physician.
