what are the best/strongest antihistamines? specifically I have very bad congestion issues and can't open my right eustachian tube. Also, I've lost about 30% hearing in my right ear (can't say if it's related) so it's stressing me out.

Also if you can recommend me which steroid nasal spray to try. Right now I have a pack of Chlorphenamine (Piriton) as an anti-histamine, and Fluticasone propionate (Flixonase) steroid nasal spray. Thinking of getting Zyrtec from the pharmacy.
