Any studies on the nCOV19 virus survival on paper and paper money?

Unironically toss the money into your dryer on it's hottest setting for 45 minutes. It won't get hot enough to burn it, but as long as it's 150F or higher it should kill any virus that's on it.
You can do the same with your paperwork but it would probably wrinkle the fuck out of it.

How long has it been in the bag? The virus doesn't seem to survive longer than 3 or 4 days.

If it's been 4 days you should be fine. If you want to be extra cautious, wear gloves and when you're done, throw them out or dunk them in bleach, and wash your hands.
Even if the papers were freshly virus laden, you'd have to stick your finger in your mouth or something to actually have a chance of catching it. It's not gonna yeet itself at you, and even if it did, you'd have to get a whole bunch of them to actually get infected.

Get a spray bottle. Fill it with white vinegar diluted to 1% acidity. Mist the air, your hands, your paper. No need to soak the paper. Acetic acid is insanely germicidal. I encourage you to research this and spread the word.

Like others have said, wash your hands. If you let the bag sit for a few days before messing with it, many (perhaps not 100%) of the viruses will die, also raising your chances.

But why does your bag full of personal accounting paperwork have corona?
