Hello /sci/, it's probably futile to ask here seeing the state of this board, but is there any good way to get introduced to relativity? Seeing the general idea of spacetime is already hard to conceptualize. Any books or lectures that dumb it down well?

I know the picture is an illusion and spacetime is not like this, but how would one tell a retard how to conceptualize it?
