Yes, for literally everyone there is a huge amount that happens to you that you cannot control and can drastically alter your life, be it your family, looks, race, country, neighborhood, random events etc. However, this is something that everyone deals with and those that give up and decide that nothing can be done will sink to the bottom, while those who roll with the punches and keep their heads up for opportunities will make their own luck and rise. Since we're all nerds, consider games like XCOM or Battle Brothers; it's a whole mess of RNG bullshit brutality but that doesn't mean you can't get gud.
Anyways, OP I think there are correlations between low IQ and sexism/racism/discrimination in general. One step towards thinking yourself worthy of their attention is to stop putting them on a pedestal such that their sexual conquest makes you a God. You're just as asocial to the girls you wanna fuck as you are to popular dudes as well, but you don't weight how unworthy that makes you feel as heavily. Just try the menial baby steps like always saying 'hello' and asking stuff about their lives, if it seems hard that's because learning new skills is always hard.
