Neurology question

any neurologists on tonight? I'm 20 and have had episodes of paraphasia more and more frequently as late, although its a problem I've dealt with for years. Usually it involves me saying the exact opposite of what I mean to say without catching it until someone lets me know. For example, I was filling up the water pitcher and noticed the water was hot instead of cold, so I said "wait, this water isnt hot yet" to which my roomate replied "it's not supposed to be hot". Even after this it took me a few seconds to realize what I meant to say and correct it. I usually have episodes like this in text, but it's been leaking into irl recently and I do it at least twice a day. People have noticed and let me know, and I assume its just anxiety, but I'm not entirely sure. I had an MRI of my pituitary stalk because they suspected I had a tumor there for an unrelated hormonal purpose, and while they didnt find one, they noted my pituitary stalk was slightly off center and told me it could be the result of a tumor somewhere else, but I wasnt worried about it until now. What should I do /sci/?
