Hi there - another Coronavirus group recommended I post this here. I made a very simple coronavirus model that can be used to test the effect of NPIs and growth on disease severity. It's written in python and designed to be as simple as possible, for easy modification. Let me know what you think - adding r0 multipliers and better reporting now.
