Essentially, I have Jew ancestors and somewhat of a Jew nose. However I've recognize as my unrest and disgust has grown over the last year or so, and I've begun hating and plotting to dominate and subjugate Jew, Goyim, and build a means whereby I can destroy anything that happens to so much as breathe wrong.... and as I become consumed by this, it seems my nose has responded by becoming even more Jewish. The crook in the middle becomes more prominent, the hook begins to develop somewhat. It was quite startling to realize.
So essentially I think we have conscious control of our physiology, and it responds to intent. If I didn't like my eye color I would test this by turning it to something else, which I also think is possible. I think it goes beyond which muscles are engaged in the face long term.
