If you're not at risk is it still a good idea to take Tamiflu once a day (75mg) indefinitely? It says it is far more effective if you take it within the first 48 hours of contracting the virus, does this mean within 48 hours of symptoms or withing 48 hours of being infected but being asymptomatic? I.e. you won't know if you have the virus or when to take it
