So far corona-chan has mostly spread through developed (ie. Italy) and semi-developed (ie. China) countries, which have gone into lockdown mode to contain it.

But what happens when it goes rogue on third world countries, spreading undetected? Unless the quarantines last forever, then reinfection is a certainty the minute they are lifted.

A place like Afghanistan doesn't have the capacity to conduct extensive testing or even lockdown...
