How does one go about designing a digital filter?
Say I wanna make a filter that eliminates all the signals with frequency $\frac{3 \pi}{16}$ and that constraints the signals amplitude to the interval $[-1,1]$
(More formally: $-1 \leq | H(e^{j \omega}) | \leq 1$ )
How would I go about this?
