I was browsing 4chinz, and then felt like if my heart had stopped beating for a second. I felt hot, and everything started moving in circles.

Then, my heart "exploded", with a very strong first beat, and started beating very fast, and the diziness dissapeared after a while. I legit thought I was going to faint.
