I've been trying to look into the opposite of a Shock Absorber.
A friend wants to know what material (to be hit by) a hard plastic ball would result in a higher bounce. I assume by this he's talking about shock absorption but when checking google for least shock absorbent materials it is instead only giving us results for the most shock absorbent, not the least.

If anyone can shed some light it'd be appreciated.
