It's pretty obvious people love to laugh given the prevalence of comedians, jokers and humor throughout all human cultures. My question is how and why did this trait evolve? No animal I can think of has a sense of humor quite as we do. Furthermore, this trait seems rather complex given the fact that a good joke relies on things such as timing, subject matter, and delivery, which only raises further questions about why we need so many factors to find something funny.
