You do have free will and everything else you described in any meaningful sense of it. The trick that the no free will crowd does is redefine free will so that its not being determined or contingent on anything. From there, butterfly effects and chaos spread these inherently random initial conditions to even more complex and chaotic outcomes. For literally anything that's hotter than 0 kelvin, there is an inseparable element of fundamental true randomness that makes the system chaotic and unpredictable (if you define predictability by saying it must be perfect).
