>>11465124I kind of gathered this when reading about different cultures; people with a 'squint' were essentially disabled. Still makes me wonder, i tried driving (empty road) without my glasses and although i could see the general road ahead and large, obvious thngs, was really surprised at how much I was missing, plus any quick-moving things that could easily pass me by.
I guess i'm just wondering if we've "trained" ourselves to have poor vision in modern times, staring at books/screens near us from early age or something
