Opiate overdose
Barbiturates overdose
Benzodiazepine overdose in combination with SNC depressants like alcohol, pregabalin (not every BZD though, you need the right one in the right amount, midazolam would be useful for example because it’s onset of action and biological half life).
Carbon monoxide poisoning. You can set up a suicide reaction by mixing formic acid and sulphuric acid in a closed room, the degradation of formic acid would generate CO. It knocks you out before you even begin to die. You can find recent scientific literature regarding these procedure as a suicide method
