Cog Science unless you are training to become a neurosurgeon. Neurology won't get you anywhere if all you want to do is understand the human mind and it's functionality. However if you get a kick out of developing and researching pharmacological targets for alzeihmers and other neurodegenerative diseases, or are particularly interested in glia cell functionality, go for neuro. Basically, reading neuro won't tell you about brain function. reading cog scie wont tell you about neuronal cell function. neura are assembly langauge, while cog sci is like python.
