AI should only have the means to gather information but only have limited functionality. Androids with advanced AI should be forbidden. Androids and other robots used for labor should not be self learning. An AI should never be let to interact with anything on the internet.

Oh please both of you are just horny to get a skynet. Also self learning AI is necessary for progress, but it should only be able to access information. Instead of androids we should aspire for genetic engineering.
