IMO the biggest driver on human evolution right now is disease resistance.
Do you know what happened when European diseases got introduced to the Americas?

Human cities are hives of filth and disease many times denser in population then we ever evolved for.
And due to modern travel pandemics can quickly become global.

Not sure what kind of adaptations happen other than the average human body temperature rises a few degrees.
