You are low or deficient in something that REGULATES it, most likely magnesium, though there are other things.
Start taking collagen (high in glycine) and magnesium daily. 500mg is a good target. Magnesium glycinate is optimal, but even the cheap laxative citrate kind will work. Stop taking melatonin, and the other anons are right that the amount you're taking is likely paradoxical at this point. Also if you're hopping in bed straight after work, maybe try taking a warm shower or bath first instead, or read for a while, your mind needs to wind down and relax.
