Why do I get so anxious when I watch a movie about going into human body? I watched 'Fantastic Voyage' and I'm so anxious!!!
How do U get anxious? My brain is like scared out of it, the anxiety is so painful. how do fears work? why do u get bad feeling when seeing about the human body?

Let's say you have fear from death. Do you have fear from the fact of death or the thought of death? Do you see this? Are you afraid of that thought or what you see and is fact.

how you make this 'feeling' stop? it's starting to be annoying. for some reason, when the my windows is closed in the house, the house gets orange and this gives me weird feelings, help!

Fear is you. Do you understand? You are those feelings. Those are your children. You rejecting fear will result into more fear. The fear itself is afraid to not be accepted.

This is not some spiritual shit. It's simple logical process. Accept fear, become fear and the fear will never hurt you. The energy of fear which you accumulated by rejecting fear will suddenly disperse in your body.

Some of it is conditioning, but fear about bodies being cut, fear of dark, etc are mainly primal fears built into our brains, either through the way our ancestors survived or through random mutations.

AFAIK, being queasy around open body parts is normal for most humans.
