Hand Sanitizer Chemistry for Coronavirus

Hello /sci/, I have come to you for help. I need a solution of hand sanitizer that is at least 60%abv. Currently I have 177ml of glycerin as a gel agent, and a single gallon of 70% isopropyl alcohol. What's a good formula that won't use up all of the glycerin and is at least a 60%abv solution or above? I want the solution to be the best of both worlds in terms of viscosity and protection(which deems it be at or above 60% abv). For the formulation I deem the best, I will stick a label onto the bottle with the name you give your particular solution.
