Tattoos fade over time because the white blood cells attack the smaller ink droplets. If a leukemia patient got a tattoo, would it ever fade since their white blood cells are malfunctioning?

Wouldn't it fade faster? Considering that leukemia (cancer of the WBCs) causes rapid, uncontrolled reproduction of WBCs? The increased number of white blood cells might result in faster fading
