If one were to time travel, wouldn't he encounter absolute nothingness? The other particles would be in the future right? Time is just a dimension after all, one particle moving within the spatial dimensions doesn't really affect other particles, why should moving in time? This also opens the question on if gravity could drag other particles from the future or slow them down, if a large enough object were to be set back in time.
