I was wondering if such a thing existed. Like a powder you mix with water that barely has any calories or nutrients but when you drink it it stops your body from feeling the sensation of hunger for like maybe 2 hours. Also it can't be bad for you, no side effects short or long term.
Does such a thing exist?

No, but stops the feeling of having no energy. If you want to stop having hunger just fast (if you already have a low bf percentage then don't). You will be hungry the first three days, then the hunger stops for like 4 to 10 days usually.

Don't be greedy. There are prescription drugs for appetite suppression (they're amphetamines e.g. benzphetamine), but like most everything else of course there will be bad effects that come with it. If you don't want to deal with the negative effects of forcing your body to behave abnormally with the help of drugs then just don't eat and learn how to increase your self-control to somewhere above toddler level.
