Pretty sure I've got urological nerve damage from lots of drinking, smoking, and how I wipe my ass (by, I think, unwittingly putting a lot of pressure on my pudendal nerve).

-weak stream
-splaying stream
-dribbling
-straining
-weak ejaculation and perhaps some retrograde ejaculate
-weak erections, if any erection at all
-genital anesthesia
-pain in perineum
-decreased sense of need to urinate or defecate

Am I fucked forever?
