Is there any way to improve your eyesight? I have really terrible eyesight now and I must wear glass in order to see like a normal human being. So I just need to know is there anyway to improve your eyesight without the usage of laser surgery since there is a chance that laser surgery can only make things worse and I really like my eyes.

I mean they say the percentage of the surgery not being successful is still low but idk man I'm scared of losing my eyes. It is also expensive for our standards

If it's neurological then you can probably train back the ability, if it has to do with the actual mechanics of your eye (probably lens stiffness) then there's really nothing you can do.

I've noticed everytime I get a new stronger pair of glasses, my eyes get even worse as if they got weaker.
I'm wondering if I could use my old glasses to train my eyes back to strength? Or even if I meditate while focusing on far distant objects instead of this screen only 1ft away.
They say if you're on a computer a lot, every 20 minutes, stare at an object 20ft away for 20 seconds to "stretch" them and reduce strain.

Also carrots have lots of vitamin A and are really good for your eyes. Pretty sure it's the vitamin A anyway, but either way carrots got what your eyes need.

Laisik is kinda shitty. They cut some film over your iris and then replace it which can fail and result in you being either blinded or having worse eyesight before. Even if it does succeed it will be weakened and you could accidentally tear them further down the line by rubbing your eyes
