What causes heart disease?

Is it eating sugar? Eating fat? Eating high-cholesterol foods? Not eating enough vegetables? Eating too much vegetables and not enough meat?

It seems that no one can give me a straight answer on this one, including doctors and scientists. Some say that eating shit high in saturated fats like coconut is a death sentence, while others say to let that shit ride.

How can we get big while keeping our hearts from getting clogged up?
