So has anyone done any research on the rulers of Mesoamerican and Andean civilisation in terms of their DNA?

I want to confirm my nordicist beliefs that they were happas, which I've formed due to my diffusionist rather than multiple independent origins views on civilisation (combined with seeing part European features in facial reconstructions from skulls of nobles in that neck of the woods), but I don't know where to start...

I would also, if possible, like to confirm my Semitist beliefs that Indian Brahmins had a substantial proto-Jewish/Jewish element, and also that the early Frankish dynasties (Merovingian and Carolingian), and also Germanic priests and rulers, were part Semite or part Jew. (Using genetics, or other places where science intersects with the humanities.) Can a brutha help me out?

As a side question, are there any genetically caused similarities between Turkmen and the group we call "native americans" or "indigenos".

Also, have we seen the DNA of various rulers and ruling classes across the world? Surely that would be an important thing to look at in terms of determining who was kangz, scientifically.
