Triple-majoring is possible but logistically stupid. You have to take a massive course overload every semester and there will always be a ton of scheduling overlap issues, since you're taking a ton of courses that mutually don't care about each other.

Why would you want to? I understand EE and CS or econ and CS because CS has good synergy with quantitative fields, but what good does studying econ and EE do to you?
