You do know it's possible for undergrads to know more than the TAs l. Do you understand how grad school works? You take general classes you may or may not have taken and then you specialize. Some schools dont even offer more than 1 QM class for undergrads... I took 5 before I finished my junior year. Dont project your lack of skill onto others, it makes the world move at a slower pace than it should.
