https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnuLTeHB3yUAnd here's a timelapse of the multiple days of full sun at the North Pole.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZcafg-meJAWe observe a 360 degree path through the sky of the Sun from two distinct locations. We also see the path through the sky to be in opposite directions, right to left in the south, left to right in the north. The only path that produces the shadows we observe is a purely circular one. Assuming there is only one Sun, the only shapes that a single object could take a circular path around with distinct north and south poles have to be some cylindrical or spherical shape. We also have not observed any sort of radical geography that would be similar to us walking around a cube or diamond shape etc. the most close shape to what we have observed geographically is a sphere, and a sphere rotating while orbiting a sun creates that singular path that creates those shadows that we observe.
