Should I take calc 2 this semester if I struggled quite a lot with calc 1? I managed to pass calc 1 with mediocre grades and I don't feel prepared for calc 2
Also, how's the actual best way to teach myself and practice calculus?

Could have been a shitty professor, calc 1 was confusing for me but calc 2 and 3 were easy with different professors

I'm honestly thinking it was low iq + no study habit to compensate low iq
Anyway these few weeks between past semester and this semester I started studying (other subjects) every day to get used to actually dedicate time to studying (I know you don't "study" calc as the concepts are quite simple but you need to practice and it also requires willpower)

In calculus 1 there is more memorization involved, since some of the limits can be counterintuitive.

calc 2 has a ton of memorization, between integration techniques, sequences, series, taylor series etc

it all depends on what teacher you get. calculus 1-3 is easy enough that anyone can pass it with prep time and the right teacher,

This post was pompous and not all that helpful, sorry OP. Look over the definitions of limit, continuous, and converge. If you can use the definition of convergence for simple cases, then you should be okay if you take calc 2.

Example: Can you show that 1/2^n goes to zero? What does (n+1)/n go to? The answers are different, but the type of thinking really isn't.
