I’m the poster with the coexistence post. (The rest wasn’t me)
>>11442741> I take it that by "world" you meant Europe. I don't know man, what makes you think that Paris or London are proof of good race relations?I’d argue the problem in Europe has much more to do with culture, than race.
European countries have allowed various foreign communities to create ethnic enclaves apart from from mainstream society for far too long.
With regard to black people in America (I assume that’s were you see most issues), it’s a complex mixture of cultural(like in Europe, urban “hoods” as ethnic enclaves, promotion of violent/asocial behavior in certain Afro-American subcultures), socio-economic (broken families, high level of poverty, in some areas still implicit or explicit discrimination) and (granted) some genetic (lower mean IQ, partially attributable to genetics) causes.
My point is, that if you would fix the issues that can be fixed (culture and socio-economics) you probably still wouldn’t have disproportionate (or even proportionate) Afro-American Ivy League graduates (ignoring affirmative action which I disagree with), but you would offer these people enough perspective and stability to reduce endemic violence and disfunctionality within this communities to enable peaceful coexistence.
I admit I don’t have sufficient evidence for this. There are too many confounding variables involved. It’s just a conjecture. But so is /pol/‘s biological determinism.
At least, I think my proposals are more viable in practical terms, than ethnic cleansing fantasies.
( It might be interesting to observe how many African American middle class families fall back into poverty over several generations, although granted that might be a biased sample)
