Probably ordering food, but its expensive and limited. Go to the supermarket when there are few people there, like 10 am or something. Use gloves, buy food with covers. Either put the food in quarantine for 9 days (virus lives that long on plastic in room temp), remove/replace covers or wipe it with something. You need to wipe covers that go in the freezer and fridge as the cold means the virus will not die after 9 days.

I think virus dies pretty quickly in hot food, I wouldn't worry to much about contaminated ordered food. You might want to find accurate data on temps and times. I think a general rule for bacteria, parasites and virus is 65+ C for a few minutes.

You get home and strip naked, then spray yourself down with a 0.05% bleach or 63% alcohol solution. Clothes go in the dryer, which will destroy the virus on a high heat cycle.

North Korea is correct, but 56C will fuck a lot of things up. Package containers might get a bit droopy. 40C for an hour works as well if you have the time.

It makes replication less effective as many more viral particles will spontaneously denature before they can infect another cell. Like anon said, that's the point of fevers. It's sort of like a parasitic optimization mechanism with a lot of pathogens. They don't want to kill the host, since that makes them less effective. So there's an evolutionary pressure to be less effective at fever temperatures. That's the indicator that they're going too hard on their host.

Yeah but i thought the understanding was all the things that fevers can kill are now extinct and its useless now since everything else would require a higher temperature than humans can survive and its just an evolutionary vestige from back when it actually did something.

The bleach is a direct oxidizer. One chlorine atom can wreak absolute havoc. The alcohol disrupts the viral envelope, probably through denaturing by dehydration. This requires a reasonably high concentration, not just one ethanol molecule bumping into the virus.

Yes, I'm just tired of typing it out so much so I got lazy even though it was technically inaccurate. I'm recommending 0.05% over 0.1% for body application because it still works, and it's much less harsh on the skin and hair. Down to 0.01% works, but it will take ten minutes or longer. The idea is to be sprayed down with 0.05% as a first pass, wait a couple minutes, and then be able to take your mask off relatively safely. You should then go inside and take a real shower with soap both to remove any survivors and to get the sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite off your skin.
0.1% or even 0.2% should be used to sterilize nonliving surfaces.

Depends on the brand unfortunately, but often it's 5.25 or 6%. Look at the bottle for concentration and divide it out. If you have 5.25% sodium hypochlorite then the division is roughly 100 to 1. So 10ml per liter or three tablespoons per gallon. Make the batch size to fit what you need and use it within a day or two. The sodium hypochlorite is unstable at the lower pH after being diluted.
