>>11439959Depends on what you mean by best. The classic three bladed tallboi turbine you see actually used has the lowest cost per energy output over the device's lifetime, giving the highest ROI. That's why they're used commercially. Other designs can take up less space, work better at low wind speeds, or have other maybe-useful traits, but they'll have less output and/or will cost more to manufacture.
