Suppose you sleep 8 hours and spend 2 hours on preparing/eating food and doing chores. You have 14 hours a day or 98 a week left

Now if you were studying one or two subjects like algorithms and web development (like I am now trying to get a developer job) what would you set your time goal at? (In order to have an ambitious productivity goal but also not burn the fuck out)

I think I'd set it at 50-60 then try to bump it up but idk
