I dont know what to study next year at college,I have a pretty high iq (i know this is a topic on /sci, so I can do it good y every grade, is it worth to study medicine for the money? or is better to do something like physics or maths? What do you think is better? I like almost every scientific field and even economy

If you just wanna be a richfag, just go to a college that you can get high financial aid or scholarship at, and study computer engineering or comp sci in a department that regularly sends people to high paying jobs. Specifically google "Best return on investment colleges" and go to the highest ranking one you can get into.

If you wanna be a scientist, study physics, chem, or biochem, and then look into PhD programs in some kind of medical-related field, since they are some of the best funded, most productive places for humanity.

If you wanna make stuff, do mechanical engineering and learn electronics on your spare time, or do electrical engineering and learn mechanics on your spare time. Alternatively, just go learn robotics engineering, which will teach you a little of everything.

I'm graduating next year

You choice can be whatever really, just go into it with an open mind and make sure to withdraw from classes and enrol into new ones freely (usually there's a grace period of a month at the start of ea h semester - where you can enrol and withdraw from whatever you want without paying/taking on debt)
