So can anyone give me the final redpill on melatonin as a sleeping aid? Does it really lead to lower quality sleep or dependence on it? I think I'm going to go insane on the fact that I get too stressed out about losing sleep that I end up losing sleep. Like why is my brain so retarded? I wanna chemically tell it to calm the fuck down with a sleeping pill, but apart from melatonin I don't know what else would count as a natural drug.
