if black holes have infinite gravity and there are millions of them in the universe why hasn't the universe been consumed by a black hole? how can space have more power than infinite gravity?

Their gravity when they were just a blue giant remains the exact same as they are now.

Probably less if the blue star went supernova and lost a whole lot of mass.

However gravity isn’t even a function of density, it’s a function of mass.
The reason black holes have infinite density isn’t because the mass is infinite, it’s because the volume of the singularity is 0.

Depends on the distance to the star/black hole, or not? Since the mass of the star is more compressed if it turns into a black hole the slope of the gravity well is going to be slightly different (more flat) from before as a star (sufficiently far outside the Schwarzschild radius). So you'd actually be less likely to get pulled into a black hole than onto the surface of a star for the same mass and distance.
