I dont think any "engineering" falls into this category by their schooling system.
Professional school It is usually lasts more then 4 years example medical fags have 5 even 6 years education in such school just so they can register as a practitioner.
Now if you dont plan to be medical doctor and want to be engineer for one has to
>obtain undergraduate level degree>usually 3-4 years>obtain graduate level master degree which is required to get state license>2 more years>obtain state license to practice engineering (probably dunno how its in usa)at least thats my theory
