Methionine Restriction - Longevity

There are some studies showing a link between increased longevity with methionine restriction. Methionine, cysteine, glutathione and water soluble sulphates are linked together in a complex metabolic web, but at the end of the day your kidneys excrete most sulphur as sulphates. Does anyone know any minerals, vitamin, amino acids, spices or herbs that would stimulate the kidneys to excrete sulphate. The thinking is that this could mimic the effects of methionine restriction without doing calorie restriction or protein restriction (apparently this has strong anti-inflammatory effects). I'm not really looking for dietary advice to solve this problem, although I am aware that meat has higher sulphur concentrations than plant foods, and obviously garlic, onions, sulphite preservatives and sulphates in some drinking waters are sources that could be avoided.
