Go for (good) textbooks instead, preferably those with good intuitive explanations, as opposed to textbooks that train you to memorise the formulas. Solve lots of problems too, as doing math teaches you a lot more than reading about math. Reading Euclid's Elements is nice from the perspective of reading a collection of important historical works that laid the foundations of our understanding of mathematics, but it isn't a good tool for learning at all.
