The definition of species is quite blurry because the conditions for a group of individuals to be considered a species of its own aren't universally applicable
Anyway, two organisms are considered to be of the same species if two of them (each of the appropriate sex) can copulate and have fertile offspring
Then two organisms are of different species if they can't have fertile offspring
I have no clue about your particular hypothetic situation so I can provide no answer
