What software does /sci/ use for data analysis and plotting graphs? I've heard people praising Python + numpy + scipy + matplotlib. I personally use Julia, and at the university occassionally Matlab and OriginPro. Are there any good alternatives?

I know this would probably be more /g/ related question, but /g/ is filled with garbage.
