Not necessarily. Dental implants are much more resistant to corrosion than organic teeth and last a lifetime.

There’s been a lot of controversy as to whether or not some prosthetic legs offer an advantage in marathons, but in general prosthetics are at best close behind the things they replace except for dental implants and in some contexts, artificial lenses in the eye.

True, but these are not biomechatronic. I think OP wanted to know about limb replacements and stuff like that. I was wrong in my initial assessment BTW, there's an argument to be made that blade prosthetics such as pic related give you an advantage in sprinting due to increased rate of energy return. Oscar pistorias went through a whole thing trying to be allowed to run in the Olympics. It's not mechatronic, and it's only good for one specific application not really useful for daily life, but it's something.
